About this Position  

This is a critical role supporting the Woolworths national Seafood account, operating in a fast-moving, short shelf-life environment where accuracy, speed, and ownership matter.

With Woolworths part of our journey, this role plays an important part in strengthening a trusted partnership and ensuring the right product reaches the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage replenishment planning for the Woolworths Seafood account across Distribution Centres (DCs) and Direct Store Delivery (DSD).
• Monitor forecasts, orders, stock levels, and service performance.
• Act as the day-to-day contact for the Woolworths Supply Chain team.
• Coordinate closely with production sites, suppliers, and third-party transport providers.
• Identify and resolve supply, stock, or delivery issues quickly.
• Ensure accurate and timely quantity, order, and delivery information.
• Support continuous improvement of replenishment processes and reporting.
• Light-touch email monitoring on weekends and public holidays when required, with flexible time in lieu during the week.

 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in replenishment, inventory planning, retail, FMCG, or short shelf-life environments.
• Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and follow through under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort working with data, orders, and forecasts.
• Openness to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Woolworths, Coles, or retail supply chains is a bonus - attitude matters the most.

• Replenishment runs smoothly with minimal escalation.
• Strong, trusted relationships with Woolworths, production, and transport teams.
• Issues are identified early and resolved quickly.
• Service levels and forecast accuracy continue to improve.
• You’re seen as a reliable, go-to partner in a high-pressure environment.
