About this Position  

At PFD, we bring people together through food and behind every great connection is seamless coordination and care.

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Coordinator to join on as a casual, working 5 days per week (9am-3pm) with a hybrid working arrangement (minimum 2 days in the office).

This role is ideal for someone with a Travel Agent or corporate travel background who can hit the ground running and take ownership of business travel, ensuring our people can focus on what matters most is showing up, connecting, and doing great work.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and booking end-to-end corporate travel including flights, accommodation and car hire.
  • Partnering closely with employees to understand travel needs and deliver a smooth experience.
  • Liaising with airlines, hotels and third-party providers to resolve changes or disruptions.
  • Managing travel-related reconciliations, invoices and booking confirmations.
  • Ensuring travel bookings align with company policies and budgets.

 

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience as a Travel Agent or Corporate Travel Consultant (essential)
  • Experience managing bookings, reconciliations and supplier invoices
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and systems
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach when plans change
  • A people-first mindset aligned to our purpose of bringing people together through food
