Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining databases and data systems, including data extraction and transformation processes, for use in business analysis and reporting;
• Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions;
• Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business decisions and strategic planning;
• Various sales reports to help dedicated projects;
• Participating in business and data strategy meetings to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis;
• Perform administrative and general office tasks as required.

Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills including telephone manner;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent administration skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong computer skills (including Word, Excel);
• Capable of working under pressure in an exciting team environment.
