About this Position   

As our Operations Manager in Parks, NSW, you'll lead warehouse and transport operations, ensuring the branch runs safely, efficiently, and delivers great outcomes for customers. 

Leading a team of 12 direct reports, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, support your people, and help position the branch for future growth. 

 
Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead daily warehouse, transport, and inventory operations. 

  • Ensure labour, stock, and fleet resources are planned effectively. 

  • Drive safety, compliance, HACCP, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Build strong relationships across operations, transport, and customer-facing teams. 

  • Coach, develop, and support your team to achieve operational goals. 

  • Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service. 

 
What We’re Looking For 

To thrive in this role, you will bring: 

  • Leadership experience within logistics, warehousing, transport, or a similar operational environment. 

  • A people-first approach with the ability to build trust and have constructive conversations. 

  • A visible leadership style and willingness to support your team where needed. 

  • Knowledge of safety, compliance, and operational best practices. 

  • Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Sound computer literacy and confidence using operational systems. 

  • MR and LF Forklift Licences are advantageous but not essential – training and licensing can be provided.
