About this Position
As our Operations Manager in Parks, NSW, you'll lead warehouse and transport operations, ensuring the branch runs safely, efficiently, and delivers great outcomes for customers.
Leading a team of 12 direct reports, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, support your people, and help position the branch for future growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse, transport, and inventory operations.

Ensure labour, stock, and fleet resources are planned effectively.

Drive safety, compliance, HACCP, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Build strong relationships across operations, transport, and customer-facing teams.

Coach, develop, and support your team to achieve operational goals.

Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will bring:

Leadership experience within logistics, warehousing, transport, or a similar operational environment.

A people-first approach with the ability to build trust and have constructive conversations.

A visible leadership style and willingness to support your team where needed.

Knowledge of safety, compliance, and operational best practices.

Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Sound computer literacy and confidence using operational systems.

MR and LF Forklift Licences are advantageous but not essential – training and licensing can be provided.
