About this Position  

At PFD Food Services, we bring people together through food. We are seeking a confident and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our night operations team at PFD. This role is responsible for leading night shift warehouse activities and ensuring the site is well prepared for the following day’s operations.

You will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting the delivery of reliable service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift picking, packing, replenishment and dispatch
• Lead staff to meet productivity and service targets
• Monitor pick accuracy and stock movement
• Prepare the warehouse for next day operations and handover
• Provide direction and support to site personnel, including conducting toolbox chats, team meetings and organising new starters
• Ensure Occupational Health & Safety requirements are met specifically the management of hazards and incident reporting
• Ensure HACCP, quality and food safety requirements are up to standard

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supervising warehouse operations
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams
• Knowledge of HACCP, OH&S and cold storage
• Strong understanding of SOPs and compliance
• Clear communication and organisational skills
• Reliable, flexible and safety‑focused
• Leadership skills with the ability to create a team environment
