As the backbone of our operations, you'll take pride in overseeing the smooth and efficient functioning of our warehouse, ensuring stability in every aspect of our supply chain.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Meet the day to day deliverables, optimise operational performance by minimising credits and ensure efficient stock control
• Provide direction and support to site personnel, including conducting toolbox chats, team meetings and organising new starters
• Ensure Occupational Health & Safety requirements are met specifically the management of hazards and incident reporting
• Ensure HACCP, quality and food safety requirements are up to standard

What You Need To Succeed

• Valid Forklift license with high reach experience
• HR License (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of end to end operational, warehouse and inventory functions
• Strong ability to lead teams (10+) and collaborate cross functionally;
• Strong ability to ensure staff understand and operate to the required Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, OH&S regulations and cold storage processes;
