We’re on the lookout for a reliable Storeperson to join our Mackay warehouse team. If you’ve got a car licence and forklift ticket, we’ll get you MR licence trained – no experience needed! To welcome you on board, we’re also offering a $3,000 sign‑on bonus, paid in stages.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be part of a close‑knit local team, working in a safe, well‑run warehouse environment handling dry, chilled and frozen products. You’ll help keep essential goods flowing to businesses across the region while building a secure and long‑term career.

About this Position  

As a Storeperson, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. From picking and packing orders to maintaining stock accuracy, you’ll ensure our customers receive the right products on time, every time. This is a hands-on role in a temperature-controlled environment, where safety and efficiency are key.

 Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using safe manual handling practices.
• Maintain stock integrity through correct rotation and storage.
• Load/unload delivery vehicles and assist with receiving and replenishment.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with HACCP food safety standards.
• Participate in cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Report equipment issues and follow all OH&S and company safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• A current forklift licence
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and checking orders.
• Ability to work in freezer, chiller, and dry environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and resilience under pressure.
• A commitment to safety and food quality standards.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
