About this Position

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of PFD’s Salesforce eCommerce implementation, a major pillar of our transformation agenda. You’ll bring structure and clarity to a complex, multi‑stream program driving project plans, managing risks and dependencies, and aligning technical teams, SMEs, and senior stakeholders. With strong delivery discipline and a focus on business outcomes, you’ll keep the program moving, ensure quality across technical and change activities, and help land a scalable solution that sets PFD up for future success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the hands‑on, end‑to‑end delivery of PFD’s Salesforce program across several workstreams, ensuring tight planning, disciplined execution, and on‑time delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and key onsite sessions in Knoxfield, keeping cross‑functional teams, SMEs, and vendors aligned through clear communication and strong governance.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments, challenging, influencing, and creating clarity across business and technical groups in a fast‑moving, sometimes overwhelming program.
  • Manage budgets, risks, dependencies, and milestones across a hybrid delivery model, coordinating agile vendor teams within an overall waterfall program structure.
  • Oversee several technical delivery streams at different stages, ensuring quality and readiness.
  • Own vendor management for multiple delivery partners, maintaining accountability, ensuring integration of their deliverables, and keeping progress transparent for senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Significant experience as a hands‑on Senior Project Manager delivering large, complex Salesforce programs across multiple workstreams.
  • Proven ability to manage agile vendors within a waterfall program, maintaining tight planning, structure, and control.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence, challenge, and align demanding business and technical groups.
  • Experience working in high‑pressure, multi‑vendor environments, ensuring accountability and coordinated delivery.
  • Strong communicator and workshop facilitator, comfortable with hybrid work and facilitating meetings onsite.
  • Relevant project management certifications, strong knowledge of Salesforce with Salesforce certifications highly regarded.
  • Must be available to start by 13 April 2026
