About this Position  

This role sits at the centre of our identity transformation.

You’ll design and deliver secure, automated identity lifecycle processes across the business, connecting HR systems, identity governance tooling and privileged access management into one cohesive ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IAM design and implementation across Dayforce, SailPoint and CyberArk.
  • Build and automate identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver).
  • Integrate Dayforce into SailPoint to enable automated provisioning.
  • Support rollout and governance of CyberArk (PAM) across IT.
  • Define and implement role-based access models.
  • Partner with 3rd party vendors to validate and right-size privileged access.
  • Push back where required to uphold least-privilege principles.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, Security and project teams to shape the future-state access model.
  • Balance project delivery with hands-on IAM BAU operations.
  • Influence identity governance architecture from the ground up.

 

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Senior-level IAM engineering experience in enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk (PAM).
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint (IGA).
  • Active Directory, Microsoft Entra / Azure AD expertise.
  • AWS identity management exposure.
  • Experience deploying IAM tooling in live production environments.
  • Confidence working autonomously in evolving or low–mid maturity environments.
  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
  • The ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity.
  • You bring structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
  • You care about governance, but you also deliver

  • Completed full discovery of our IAM landscape.
  • Deep understanding of our current identity lifecycle and pain points.
  • High-level design finalised for Dayforce to SailPoint integration.
  • Clear future-state model for automated onboarding and access governance.
  • CyberArk embedded into privileged access workflows.
  • Trusted advisor across HR, IT and Security.
  • Driving IAM maturity forward with confidence.
