About the Position

As a General Hand Processor, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are prepared, packed and processed to the high standards our customers expect. Working within a supportive team environment, you'll be involved across a range of production and warehouse activities, helping maintain quality, efficiency and food safety standards throughout the operation. What Will You Be Doing?

• Processing and preparing products to customer and company specifications 
• Packing, labelling and handling products accurately 
• Maintaining cool room, chiller and freezer areas, including stock replenishment and shelf stacking 
• Operating labelling, sealing, cleaning and vacuum packing equipment 
• Performing general warehouse and processing duties as required 
• Following all food safety, quality assurance and workplace safety requirements 

What You Need to Succeed:

• Previous experience in a food processing, warehouse or manufacturing environment is desirable 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
• Good communication and teamwork skills 
• Ability to safely lift and move products throughout the shift 
• Forklift license or experience using manual pallet jacks is advantageous 
• Understanding of OH&S and food safety practices is desirable
