About this Position  

We’re seeking a motivated Seafood Administration Coordinator to support our NSW Seafood team and sales team with reporting, stock communication and customer enquiries. You’ll work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations, clear communication and excellent customer service. If you’re organised, detail‑focused, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this is a great opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative team!

Key Responsibilities

In the role, you will:

  • Handle everyday administrative tasks - reporting, claim management and answering team and customer enquiries.
  • Support the specialist with administrative tasks while they are in field with customers and the sales team.
  • Work with the Seafood processing team to collate stock availability and communicate this to the sales team and customer base.
  • Support the maintenance and accuracy of weekly market.
  • Follow up on customer orders and work with warehouse, transport, credit, and other teams as needed.
  • Support the sales team by sharing customer and market information.
  • Support with promotional activities, low dated stock sales and other general tasks when required.

  • Confident with computer systems and quick to learn new tools.
  • Able to stay organised and manage day‑to‑day tasks effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a changing, fast‑paced environment.
  • Passion the food, especially seafood industry is a bonus.
  • Must be available to start by early June.
