About this Position  

At PFD, we bring people together through food.

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Systems Analyst to join our Technology team and play a key role in delivering and supporting our evolving Salesforce ecosystem.

Working across both business-as-usual support and project delivery, you'll translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, support multiple Salesforce Clouds and collaborate with stakeholders across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant digital transformation program with strong executive sponsorship and long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce application support, troubleshooting and system enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Produce technical specifications, solution designs and process documentation.
  • Support and enhance Salesforce Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers and implementation partners.
  • Support Agile delivery, testing, releases and continuous platform improvement.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned to enterprise standards.

 

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

Essential

  • 5+ years' experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative, adaptable and proactive approach.

Desirable

  • Experience across Salesforce Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications.

 

What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months)

  • Built strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, becoming a trusted Salesforce advisor.
  • Delivered scalable Salesforce solutions that support business objectives and drive value.
  • Successfully balanced day-to-day application support with project delivery and platform enhancements.
  • Supported major Salesforce releases, go-live activities and hypercare with confidence.
  • Contributed to Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement and continuous improvement.
  • Helped establish a stable, secure and scalable Salesforce platform that supports PFD's ongoing digital transformation.
