About this Position

We’re seeking a Quality Assurance & Technical Coordinator to join our Seafood and Meat operations team at Chullora, Sydney.

This role is a 12 to 14-month parental leave cover, ideal for someone ready to take ownership, work autonomously, and make a real impact on site.

You’ll be the face of Quality Assurance (QA) on the floor, championing good manufacturing practices, maintaining compliance, and supporting audits at other seafood/meat manufacturing sites remotely if needed.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems on the spot, and want to broaden your Quality Assurance (QA) experience across seafood and meat categories, this is a rewarding opportunity to do work that truly matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across the production floor.
  • Maintain QA requirements such as lab testing, management review meetings, customer complaint investigations.

  • Conduct or support internal and GMP audits, driving continuous improvement.
  • Validate process checks and maintain QA records with accuracy and detail.
  • Partner with site teams to promote best-practice food safety behaviours.
  • Contribute to system and compliance initiatives across 7 sites.
