About this Position

At the heart of our Chullora Distribution Centre, the Night Shift Manager is that steady hand who is leading from the front, keeping accuracy high, and ensuring our customers are ready for their day.

The Night Shift Manager is the key decision-maker onsite overnight. You’ll lead a large and diverse crew of warehouse staff, directly manage 5 supervisors (including a Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Lead, Load Supervisors, and Wave Planner), and set the tone for safety, compliance, and performance.
This role is high-impact, fast-paced, and not for the faint-hearted. Success comes from balancing operational discipline with people leadership and getting the job done while developing a strong, motivated team culture.
