PFD Food Services began life in 1943 amid the noise and chaos of the Melbourne Fish Markets. Expanding rapidly to meet the demand of an ever growing customer base, we are Australia’s largest family operated Foodservice company with over 800 company owned trucks and customer service focused drivers making daily deliveries from our national branch network of 69 branches to our loyal customers in the food service industry. In 2021 PFD formed a partnership with another proud Australian company, Woolworths Group
About the role
This role will work closely with our branch network providing advice and implementing a range of learning initiatives designed to build capability of our employees and leaders from the first day they commence with PFD. You will need to have a strategic focus whilst not being afraid to get your hands dirty and work with the learning and development and broader HR team to create a dynamic learning culture. The purpose of this role is to identify and execute learning and development initiatives, at all levels within the business with the focus of building capability across the organisation.
