About this Position  

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Food Quality & Auditing Coordinator to support the delivery of best-in-class food safety and quality standards across our NSW operations. Reporting to the National Quality Assurance Manager Food Service, this role is responsible for driving compliance with regulatory requirements, managing internal and external audits, and supporting the continuous improvement of our quality management systems.

You’ll work closely with site teams to implement training programs, monitor performance against quality standards, and ensure a strong culture of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Support and facilitate external audits across sites
  • Conduct internal audits, perform gap analysis and support timely closure of corrective and preventative actions across sites
  • Identify, assess and report food safety and quality risks, ensuring appropriate escalation and mitigation
  • Manage licensing agreements and oversee food safety registrations across sites and vehicles
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver training programs to uplift site capability
  • Monitor and assess operational performance against quality standards and scorecards
  • Partner with site teams to ensure consistent food safety focus and strong quality outcomes
  • Promote and uphold a strong culture of food safety, compliance, and workplace health & safety

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Food science qualification (or equivalent) with relevant food safety certifications
  • Proven experience in food safety auditing, compliance, and quality assurance
  • Strong ability to manage audits, regulatory requirements, due diligence processes
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to assess and improve operational quality standards
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively across multiple sites
  • Proactive, adaptable team player with strong initiative in a dynamic environment
  • Current valid driver’s licence and multi-site travel required
