What Will You Be Doing?

• Processing customer order requirements or PFD product specifications
• Efficiency in filleting a variety of fish species with consistent yield return

• Ensuring fish is adequately iced and labelled with correct storing process

• Detail oriented and capable of identifying changes in fish conditions and impact on yields

What You Need to Succeed:

• Ability to process a different variety of fish species
• Knowledge of Fish/Seafood products
• Understand and comply with the company’s OH&S and HACCP food safety program and the "cold chain" process in particular
• Ability to do quick and accurate work with hands
• Exceptional attention to detail
