About this Position  

As a Customer Service & Outbound Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them place orders, resolve enquiries and receive exceptional service. Alongside inbound customer support, you'll proactively engage with an established customer base, promoting products, identifying sales opportunities and building strong long-term relationships. This is a varied role that combines customer service, sales and relationship management in a fast-paced foodservice environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and email.
• Process customer orders, enquiries and account updates accurately.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, specials and generate new sales opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow customer spend.
• Resolve customer issues and work collaboratively with branch teams to deliver outstanding service.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service, sales or contact centre experience.
• Confident and engaging telephone communication skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
