  • Liaise with the warehouse team and assist in locating products for customer requests
  • Proactively manage out-of-stock items and communicate suitable alternatives
  • Support compliance activities, including food safety processes, audits, and documentation
  • Handle customer complaints through to resolution, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up
  • Assist with general administration including invoicing, payroll support, and reporting

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced or operational environment
  • Comfortable working across office and warehouse settings in a hands-on role
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to stay organised under pressure
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel experience advantageous)
  • Knowledge of audits, compliance, food safety, or regulated environments is desirable
