What You'll Be Doing

As Branch Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for branch performance, including:

• Leading daily operations across warehouse, transport and administration
• Delivering profitability, productivity and operational targets
• Driving customer growth and service excellence
• Developing, coaching and inspiring your team
• Managing budgets, costs and inventory performance
• Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Championing a safety-first culture
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance

Experience in FMCG, logistics, distribution or foodservice will be highly regarded.
