The Role

This role will lead the programmatic management of a portfolio of transformation initiatives over the next 3-5 years. This role will oversee governance, delivery oversight, benefits realization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive enterprise-wide change, including operational, capability, and digital transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain program governance
• Oversee the delivery of programs across all transformation initiatives
• Define and measure program outcomes
• Collaborate across interdepartmental teams
• Lead a growing team of 3-4 project managers and change managers

Key Competencies and Skills

• Extensive experience leading large-scale projects and transformation programs, with demonstrated success in enterprise change management
• Expertise in project methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, including C-suite and cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams
• Background in food services, FMCG, or related industries is desirable but not essential
