About this Position  

We’re looking for a detail-driven and highly organised State Sales Support Administrator to join our Tasmanian team, preferably based in Devonport. This is a vital support role responsible for coordinating pricing, reporting, tenders, and administrative functions that keep our sales operations running smoothly across the state.

You’ll work closely with our General Manager, Sales Manager, and branch leaders across Tasmania, supporting everything from daily sales reports to trade show planning. This is an admin-heavy role that requires strong Excel skills, sharp communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales and pricing reports.
  • Maintain pricing files, contract lists, and customer data across Tasmanian branches.
  • Provide administrative support for tenders and supplier communications.
  • Liaise with suppliers on pricing updates, claims, and product launches.
  • Assist with event coordination, including the Tasmanian Trade Show.
  • Support the sales, merchandise, and meat room teams with reporting and stock data.
  • Ensure accurate input and housekeeping of all pricing and cost-related systems.
  • Respond to pricing queries and ad hoc data requests from internal/external teams.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Advanced Excel skills - confident using formulas, filters, and data analysis tools (macros a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including with suppliers and senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to support a broad team across branches.
  • Previous experience in a sales support, admin, or operations coordination role is preferred.
